​ACCESS ROADS:

​

Approaching from Port Hedland:

​

The road is sealed to the turn-off.

​

Approaching from Newman:

​

The road is unsealed through Nullagine - suggested four wheel drive (4WD), but heavy mining trucks constantly

use this road and although it is continually graded, it can be rough.  Enter Telfer Road about 10km east of

Marble Bar.

Approaching from Newman (alternate route 1):

​

The road is sealed to Auski Roadhouse, then unsealed to Marble Bar town site.  Always in reasonable condition

for car or caravan provided care is taken. This road is slowly being sealed and will eventually be bitument to Marble Bar from the NW highway.

Via Port Hedland - the road is sealed.

​

At all times take care driving in the outback.  Driving at sunrise and sunset is not recommended.​​​​
